About the Role
Our Client is seeking an Executive (Account Management) with strong commercial instincts and a passion for driving business growth. In this B2B-focused role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate customers purchasing groceries and services. You will be responsible for revenue, margin, account retention, operational coordination, and delivering a seamless customer experience end-to-end.
This role is ideal for candidates who are commercially minded, customer-obsessed, and comfortable working cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management & Growth
Manage a portfolio of B2B corporate accounts and deliver GMV, margin and retention targets.
Build account plans with quarterly goals, pipelines and expansion opportunities (e.g., pantry programs, seasonal gifting, bulk orders).
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for corporate procurement teams, operations users and finance approvers.
Conduct quarterly business reviews, track service levels and resolve client escalations with clear action plans.
Commercial Execution
Prepare quotations and proposals; manage pricing, contract terms and simple rebate structures within guidelines.
Maintain product lists, bundles, reorder templates and delivery configurations.
Operational Coordination
Work closely with Fulfilment, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
Support onboarding workflows, consolidated invoicing and AR follow-ups in collaboration with Finance.
Data, Reporting & Insights
Monitor account performance using dashboards; prepare weekly and monthly reports on GMV, margin and service metrics.
Use Google Sheets/BigQuery to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Campaign & Seasonal Management
Support corporate seasonal campaigns (e.g., CNY hampers, year-end gifting) from planning to fulfilment.
Coordinate product availability, pricing windows and service readiness for peak demand.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Document SOPs, collect feedback on platforms and processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, PDPA, finance controls and audit standards.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in B2B account management, sales, customer success, category management or e-commerce operations.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups), Google Slides/Docs and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, margin analysis and basic rebate structures.
Able to interpret data, derive insights and drive actionable recommendations.
Attributes

Good to Have
Familiarity with B2B buying processes, invoicing and AR follow-ups.
Understanding of fulfilment and last-mile logistics (delivery slots, cut-off times, peak planning).
Basic SQL skills.
Details
1 year contract with completion bonus
Up to $4,500/month *depending on experience
Mon - Fri, Office hours
