Summary Benefit :

• Basic Salary up to $5000

• 5 Days work, Office hours

• Company Transport Provided

Responsibility :

• Conceptualize, develop, and design automation and semiconductor equipment based on customer specifications.

• Design material handling systems and components for wafer probers, including wafer loading, unloading, transport, and alignment mechanisms.

• Produce detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and 3D models using CAD software.

• Perform feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate design concepts and ensure performance requirements are met.

• Prepare comprehensive design documentation and specifications.

• Create and maintain detailed Bills of Materials (BOM).

• Prepare fabrication and assembly drawings for production.

• Actively participate in equipment assembly, integration, installation, operation, and troubleshooting.

Requirement :

• Min Diploma/Degree/Master of Engineering in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering

• Candidate with experience in Wafer Handling, Wafer alignment, Wafer Transfer, Warped Wafer Handling & Load Port design, Automation or Semiconductor Equipment Design welcome to apply
