We are looking for a candidate from the advanced energy/ semiconductor industry who is a strategic thinker with strong demand planning skillsets and production capacity planning with experience in identifying bottlenecks for high amount of components per category for the BOM.


Key Responsibilities

• Demand planning
• Lead global capacity planning across major manufacturing sites — mapping equipment, space, labor.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve efficiency and service.
• Run capacity plans and model scenarios for product launches, constraints, and future demand.
• Drive standardization and flexibility across factories, leveraging Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Analyze NPI and phase-out capacity requirements.
• Lead CapEx planning to anticipate and invest in future capacity needs.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales Ops to align planning and drive performance.

Responsibilities:

• Open to travel 1-2x every quarter to the factories
• Experience in capacity planning + demand planning + factory experience, ideally in semiconductor or high-tech power/energy related manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production processes, constraints, and forecasting.
• Skilled in tools like SAP IBP, ECC, or HANA; advanced Excel a must.
• Analytical and adaptable, with strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
