Operations Assistant Manager (School Food Services) | 5 Days/ $3k/ East/ Bonus - #1125994

Job Scope:

• Be the main liasion between the school and catering team and maintain good relationships with teachers and staff.

• Oversee daily operations for 3 primary school food outlets (Casuarina, Northoaks & Chongzheng primary schools).

• Handle daily tasks such as opening/closing, meal preparation, serving food, and cash collection.

• Ensure meals are prepared and served on time with good hygiene and safety standards.

• Plan staff schedules, supervise part-time staff, and solve any operational issues.

• Follow hygiene rules, meet SFA/NEA requirements, and prepare needed documents (e.g., 7-in-1 file).

• Order stock, check inventory, and keep accurate records.

• Monitor daily sales, minimise waste, and prepare concise reports.

• Provide good customer service and handle feedback or complaints professionally.

• Assist with any other duties assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Culinary, Business, or Operations Management

• Experience in food service operations, F&B outlets, canteen management, or supervisory roles.

• Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Understanding of food hygiene and safety guidelines; Food Safety / HACCP certification is a plus.

• Comfortable communicating with school staff, vendors, and team members.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple locations.

• Having own transport is a plus.
