Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of food ingredient for patients and internally organised events
Assist in plating of meals according to dietary requirement, presentation, and quality standards.
Preparation and organise of cutlery sets & food trolley for meal services
Maintain good food hygiene practices and cleanliness of workstation and kitchen premises
Delivery of meal for patients and internally organised event when required
Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Food Hygiene Certificate
Candidate with 2 years of kitchen experience is preferred
Required to work 6-day work week, including weekends & Public Holidays
