As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare and validate key financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) and board reports with accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare monthly reports and presentation (inluding financial and business performanace analysis)

• Prepare and submit annual statutory accounts in compliance with statutory requirements.

• Partner wih other deparment leads in cross functional teams to excute initiative and projects

• Liaise with external banker, auditors, tax consultants and coporate secretarial service providers,

• Establish and ensure compliance with polices and internal controls.

• Perform any other duties which may assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with a degree in Accountancy or a recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA or equivalent).

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience, of which at least 3 years of experience in managerial or supervisory role.

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills in accounting and reporting standards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
