Job Details:
• Location: Midview City
• Salary: Up to $6000 Basic + VB
• Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

Job Scope:
• Independently execute the month-end and year-end closing process for assigned entities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and deferrals to ensure the general ledger is accurate and compliant.
• Guarantee adherence to IFRS or local GAAP, group policies, and statutory requirements, while maintaining robust internal controls.
• Prepare and review both management and statutory financial statements, providing a clear view of entity performance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring efficient audit completion and supporting tax filings.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and key performance drivers to explain variances, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with operational and business teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes, leveraging systems like NetSuite and automation tools to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as HR, Marketing, and Operations to support new projects and entity structuring.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business
• Professional qualification (ACCA Level 3 & above/CA/CPA) is a must
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, including experience with entity-level ownership or financial close
• Prior experience in auditor with Big 4/public accounting firms is advantageous.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Exposure to fintech, technology, or multi-entity international operations is a plus.
