Description:

• Basic salary from $3500 to $5200

Job Scope:

• Prepare complete financial statements and maintain accurate accounting records.

• Oversee AP, AR, reconciliations, and daily finance operations while enforcing internal controls.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, GST submissions, and support audit requirements.

• Manage cash flow reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly WIP costing with cross-functional teams.

• Monitor staff claims, supplier invoices, receivables, and payment cycles.

• Review quarterly inventory aging with operations and logistics.

• Prepare and assist in management reports, fixed asset schedules, and consolidation of multiple entities.

• Work with auditors, bankers, and internal stakeholders to complete financial requests promptly.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, able to handle full-set accounts.
