Vcus Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Furniture Consultant to join our team in Serangoon North Industrial Estate, North-East Region. As a Furniture Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our diverse range of furniture products. What you'll be doing

1. Engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and preferences

2. Provide knowledgeable guidance and recommendations on suitable furniture solutions

3. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers

4. Handle sales transactions and ensure a seamless customer experience

5. Collaborate with the team to maintain a well-organised and visually appealing showroom

6. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives

7. Continuously expand your product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the furniture or B2B cuustomers

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers

3. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and concerns

4. Keen eye for design and a passion for furniture and office décor

5. Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the business

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to adapt to new technologies
