1 Year Contract – Operations Customer Service Representative (Korean Speaking) - MDR

Our client is a globally recognized pharmaceutical company with a strong international presence & they are looking to hire an experienced Operations Customer Service Representative (Korean Speaking) 1 Year Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our drug delivery operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact in Korea for customers, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of pharmaceutical products. You will handle inquiries, coordinate orders, resolve issues, and uphold the highest standards of service, safety, and confidentiality.

• Not limited to Korea, this individual will be also supporting other APAC region.

Requirement:

• Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) is required to effectively communicate with customers in Korea

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experiences in customer service operations. Experiences in scientific / healthcare will be a plus
