  • Develop creative and multi channel sourcing methodologies to identity potential candidates

  • Conduct screening to assess potential candidates

  • Manage and track applicant tracking system

  • Interpret and provide insights on compensation trends and competitor activities

  • Partnering closely with end user on role requirements

  • Other ad hoc project

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business/ Human Resource Management with minimum 3 years of dedicated talent sourcing experience

  • Proficient in sourcing and networking platforms
