Responsibilities:
Register patients, explain payment schemes and charges, and provide information about the clinic's services
Respond to inquiries from patients and the public both in person and over the phone
Perform general administrative and counter-closing tasks at the end of the day according to standard procedures
Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and visitors in a healthcare setting
Requirements:
Minimum of O Level and above
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Meticulous, caring, and adaptable to changing patient needs
Preferably 2 years’ experience in frontline customer service
