Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting structured phone surveys and collecting of on public opinion and social trends

• Update responses into computer systems (Training will be provided)

Job Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘N’ Level

• Effective telephone communication skills

• Ability to handle rejections and pro-active to make outgoing calls to conduct surveys

• Able to handle situations in a calm & professional manner

• Proficient in computer software

• Prior call-centre or phone interviewing or surveyor experience will be preferred

• Self-motivated and take a proactive approach to work

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 5 days // Part-time  (4 Hours Only) with benefits/welfare/bonus.
Option 1: 12:30pm to 4:30pm ($1,200 Basic) x 4
Option 2: 5:30pm to 9"30pm ($1,600 Basic) x 2
