About the role
We are seeking a talented Appointment Setting Officer to join our dynamic team at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd. In this full-time, office-based role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers and setting appointments for our sales representatives. Your excellent communication skills and customer service expertise will be crucial in this fast-paced, target-driven environment.
What you'll be doing
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to schedule appointments for the sales or service team.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide basic product/service information.
Update, track, and maintain appointment schedules in the system accurately.
Follow up with customers via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm appointments.
Ensure all appointments are properly documented with correct details (date, time, location, customer notes, etc.).
Coordinate closely with internal departments (sales, operations, technicians) to ensure smooth scheduling.
Remind customers of upcoming appointments and manage rescheduling when necessary.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide alternatives where needed.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly appointment targets set by the company.
Provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
Perform any other administrative or ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
What we're looking for
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, appointment setting, or call centre environment.
Good communication skills via phone, text, and email.
Positive attitude, customer-oriented, and able to handle difficult calls professionally.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (data entry, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office).
Team player with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
