Integrate Engineers
Responsible for full facilities and dormitory management across three industrial properties. Oversee maintenance, regulatory compliance, vendor coordination, staff management, and dormitory operations.
Job description:
Facility Management (3 Buildings)
Ensure all buildings comply with NEA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, LTA, URA, MOM, JTC, and other authorities.
Conduct regular building inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
Manage repairs, replacements, and vendor evaluation.
Monitor and renew licenses (e.g., EMA, overhead crane).
Liaise with government-appointed inspectors and act on findings.
Track utility usage and investigate anomalies.
Report findings and recommendations to management.
Develop and implement SOPs and facility policies.
Ensure security measures are in place; monitor and maintain CCTV systems.
Oversee general cleanliness and upkeep of all properties.
Recruit and supervise maintenance staff.
Dormitory Management (160-pax & 60-pax)
Oversee daily operations of both dormitories.
Draft, implement, and display house rules and SOPs.
Conduct resident briefings and monitor compliance.
Maintain accurate check-in/out records and entry logs.
Perform regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
Liaise with MOM and update OFWAS; ensure only registered residents.
Coordinate with caterers, laundromats, and other vendors.
Ensure dorm cleanliness meets required standards.
Project-manage dormitory construction; obtain and renew FEDA license.
Contribute to dorm security design (CCTV, biometric access).
Prepare required documentation for inspections and licensing.
Recruit and manage dormitory operations staff.
Requirements:
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or related discipline.
Familiarity with FEDA regulations and dormitory operations.
WSQ certifications in dormitory management (preferred).
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 3 years in a managerial or senior support role.
Proven track record in managing facilities, including worker dormitories.
Experience in setting up new dormitories and handling license applications (e.g., FEDA).
Strong interpersonal skills to manage dormitory residents and resolve conflicts.
Experience in construction project management will be an advantage.
Basic level of physical fitness to carry out inspections and conduct walkabouts regularly
