Business Analyst (Digital Transformation) - #1125769

Collaborate closely with manufacturing, lifecycle management, and other relevant teams to systematically identify and define business requirements.

Conduct on-site investigations of production processes to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement within the manufacturing value stream.

Consolidate diverse requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis to create clear and actionable requirement documentation, business process modeling and optimization recommendations.

Develop and maintain business process models (e.g., flowcharts, value stream maps) for manufacturing processes and value streams.

Propose process optimization solutions for MES systems and related tools, leveraging lean manufacturing and digital best practices, recommendations with data analysis to ensure feasibility and practical implementation

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating collaboration and information sharing across departments, promote understanding and adoption of digital tools among production personnel, driving cultural and process transformation.

Utilize data generated by MES systems to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to relevant teams.

Collaborate with production departments to establish mechanisms for continuous improvement, supporting lean manufacturing and digital transformation goals.

Ensure that digital solutions comply with company quality systems and industry regulations, support internal audits and compliance checks to maintain the accuracy and integrity of business processes and data.
