About the role

As a Shipping Executive at Sunlight Sports Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in the company's warehousing, storage, and distribution operations. This full-time position is based in the Aljunied Central Region, where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinating the shipping and logistics of products from our warehouse to customers

2. Preparing and processing shipping documentation, including invoices, packing slips, and bills of lading

3. Liaising with carriers and logistics providers to monitor shipment status and address any issues that may arise

4. Maintaining accurate inventory records and updating the company's shipping and logistics systems

5. Assisting with the receiving and storage of incoming goods in the warehouse

6. Providing excellent customer service to our clients by addressing their shipping-related inquiries and concerns

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a shipping or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or warehousing industry

2. Strong organisational and attention to detail skills to ensure accurate documentation and timely shipment processing

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

4. Proficient in using relevant shipping and logistics software and systems

5. A positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude to handle various challenges that may arise
