About the role

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our talented team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT'. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality breads, pastries, and baked goods to delight our customers. This is a full-time position based in the Changi Airport East Region SG.

What you'll be doing

1. Mixing and preparing dough, batters, and other ingredients according to recipes

2. Operating and maintaining baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers

3. Ensuring that all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards

4. Adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations

5. Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new and innovative baked products

6. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef

2. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety practices

3. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

4. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

5. Passion for creating high-quality baked goods

6. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
