Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle: Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and issue employment contracts.
Handle staff lifecycle: Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and conduct exit interviews.
Administer HR records: Maintain accurate staff records in the HR system and manage personnel files (P-Files).
Oversee all employee passes & permits: Apply for, renew, issue, and terminate all required passes, including Work Passes, Staff Passes, and specialized access passes (e.g., Changi Airport Pass, Jurong Island).
Ensure compliance: Track pass expiry dates and process timely cancellations/returns upon termination.
Provide administrative support: Assist with event planning and provide team coverage as required.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in HR
Experience in HR functions will be an added advantage
