About the role

Precise Development Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team in the East Region. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) models to support the design and construction of our projects. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

What you'll be doing

1. Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using industry-standard software

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure the models align with design requirements

3. Perform clash detection and coordinate model revisions to resolve conflicts

4. Generate construction documentation, such as plans, sections, and elevations, from the BIM models

5. Provide technical support and training to project team members on the use of BIM software and processes

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and best practices

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role

3. Proficient in the use of BIM software, such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or MicroStation

4. Strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and industry standards

5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

7. Familiarity with construction documentation and project management processes
