Job Description & Requirements:
Responsibilities:
Onboard new customers and vendors, providing seamless support from onboarding through post-sale.
Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Manage a sales pipeline, tracking clients through each sales stage.
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, delivering high-quality customer engagement.
Collaborate on building strategic partnerships with clients and vendors.
Plan, route, and schedule trucking operations to optimize efficiency and meet service standards.
Coordinate client requirements from the portal, aligning operations with expectations.
Select suitable hauliers, balancing quality and cost-effectiveness.
Track job progress, provide reporting, and resolve disputes between hauliers and clients.
Review completed jobs for accurate billing, providing finance with all necessary charge details.
Undertake additional duties to support the company’s commercial and operational goals.
Requirements:
Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Non experience welcome training provided
experience in sales, operations, or customer service in logistics or freight forwarding will be preferred
Strong communication, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
Good in computer literacy e.g, Microsoft office, teams, cloud drive, presentation report.
Availability for a 5.5-day work week.
