Engineer Assistant (Part Time) - #1125738

ATT Infosoft is urgently seeking Engineering Assistant (Contract) for project assignment support. We welcome applicants who meets the requirements to apply for this role.

1. Assist to provide Level 2 support to users and handle application monitoring of production systems. 

1. Assist to provide technical assistance and day-to-day operational support for system remotely or at clients’ sites. 

1. Assist to perform program requirements analysis, investigation and troubleshooting to resolve any technical issues. 

1. Assist to manage day to day user queries and issues related to application. 

1. Assist to support hardware and software issues, ensure service level agreement are met. 

1. Assist to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and checklists. 

1. Assist to maintain IT documentation. 

1. Assist to provide regular status report on assigned tasks and timely escalation of issues to Supervisor to mitigate repercussions. 

1. To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times. 

1. Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company’s KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly. 

1. Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times. 

Requirements:

·       Minimum Diploma in Information Technology. Students who are currently pursuing courses related to Diploma in Information Technology/Pre-enlistees who have completed the Diploma are welcome to apply.  

·       Able to commit from 1st week of December 2025 to at least end March 2026/end of project.

·       Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.

·       Experience with MS office and internet applications.

·       Quick learner who learns to take initiative and proactive.

·       Strong & effective interpersonal and communication skills

·       People oriented and a team player
