As an Order Management & Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our company’s high standards while contributing to a fast-paced, rewarding environment. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless order management and actively collaborating with stakeholders to enhance our parts supply chain. Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in Logistics/Supply Chain (experience within the automotive industry is a plus).

• Proficiency in SAP (specifically SD/MM modules).

• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication skills for effective presentation to both internal and external parties.

• Exceptional time management, negotiation, coordination, and presentation skills.

• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement processes.

• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel regionally (2-3 days per month/ quarterly).

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with logistics terminology and Incoterms.

• Previous experience in customer relationship management.

• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in supply chain management.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience.

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to perform additional duties as requested by management.

• Ability to participate in business continuity planning and execution.
