JOB DESCRIPTION
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or department.
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Arrange courier dispatch whenever necessary
Address inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Assist with office stationery and pantry purchases, management and inventory.
Maintain tidiness and appearance of the reception area, meeting rooms and common spaces.
Update and manage contact databases.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level and above
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Possesses good work attitude and communication skills
Able to start work immediately or with short notice
