Job Responsibilities:
Perform receiving, sorting, and segregation of IT equipment such as servers, network equipment, PCs, laptops, and monitors.
Conduct visual inspection and functional testing of equipment.
Perform secure data erasure using Blancco and operate machinery for physical destruction of data-bearing devices (HDDs, SSDs, flash drives, etc.).
Update audit results in the shopfloor management system.
Work closely with the Operations Supervisor and team leads to ensure timely completion of tasks in accordance with customer service level agreements.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum NITEC / Diploma in IT, Electronics, or equivalent.
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred, especially in IT manufacturing or repair environments.
On-the-job training will be provided.
Able to understand English in order to read work instructions, safety guidelines, and system interfaces.
Good work attitude and strong team spirit.
Working hours: Monday–Friday & alternate Saturdays (8.45am – 5.45pm).
Able to perform overtime work when required, in accordance with MOM regulations.
