Presales Consultant (Business Application)-Chinese Speaking Preferred - #1125519

Responsibilities:

·        Support key regional market industries, clients, and project opportunities by developing and iterating high-value digital consulting and solutions.

·        Promote the value of digital transformation solutions, product solutions, and customer success practices to large enterprises through both online and offline channels.

·        Provide comprehensive digital consulting and solutions to clients across all sectors, participating in project tracking, bidding processes, and following through to project signing.

·        Offer support for project requirements and blueprint solutions before projects enter the delivery phase.

·        Conduct training sessions and empower regional customer managers, pre-sales consultants, and implementation consultants.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accountant, Automation, and Business Administration;

·        Experience in ERP solutions (Sage, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Microsoft Navision, Workday) will be advantageous;

·        3 years of experience in the implementation and support of business applications and cloud solutions;

·        Good command of one business knowledge, including accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, or construction industry;

·        Fluency in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts; additional language skills are a plus;

·        Must be located in Singapore and willing to have business travel.
