Deputy Manager, HRIS (2 year contract) - #1125515

You will report to the Senior Manager, HRIS & Shared Services. You are a HRIS specialist who are responsible for analysing, developing, testing and implementing HRIS and/or cloud solutions and enhancements to support business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Support digital transformation initiatives within HR by researching emerging technologies and assisting in the evaluation of new solutions
Identify, recommend and drive automation opportunities across HR Shared Services to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Develop, test and implement HRIS and/or cloud solutions, workflows and reports to support business needs
Coordinate with HR system vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues, system updates and delivery of services
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity and security across the HRIS platforms
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements based on audit findings and/or user feedback.
Support change management activities for system implementations and process improvements
Ideally you should have:
Degree in Information Technology or an IT related course.
Knowledge of SharePoint and RPA development is preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience in implementation, configuration and management of cloud-based HR solutions, eg WorkDay, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
Comprehensive understanding of HR processes including payroll, benefits administration, timesheet management, and compliance requirements
Demonstrated experience either working within HR operations or providing technical support to HR functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
