Basic Salary : UP TO $6500 (Depends on experience ) +VB

Working Day : Mon - Fri / 9am - 6pm

Working Location: Tai Seng

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall food quality and safety at the Central Kitchen.

• Ensure all products comply with company, HACCP and AVA/NEA regulatory standards.

• Conduct and manage regular inspections, audits, and QA checks.

• Maintain and improve quality control procedures and SOPs.

• Investigate and follow up on customer feedback and product issues.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field

• Min 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance / Food Safety, preferably in a Central Kitchen or Food Manufacturing environment.
