What You Will Be Doing
- Support the administration of employee compensation packages, including salaries, and benefits
- Process benefits claims, and update HR systems to reflect accurate employee compensation data
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and other compensation matters
- Assist in the annual salary review and performance bonus processes
- Update employee movements in the system and follow up with corresponding letters
- Keep up-to-date with labor laws and market trends to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Manage work pass renewal and cancellation process
Requirements:
- Min A levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
