Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Coordinate and facilitate staff training programs
• Oversee staff dormitory arrangements and maintenance
• Administer staff leave records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support other HR-related activities as assigned
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
