Verification & Processing Officer [Stat Board | Bishan] - #1125462

P-Serv is partnering with a leading transport statutory board to hire Processing Officers. Play an essential role in supporting Singapore’s transport network by reviewing submissions, verifying information, and ensuring smooth and accurate processing of applications and claims.

Working Hours / Location

• 4 days work, 2 days off

• Fixed Day Shift: 9am to 9pm (with 2 hours break)

• Shift pattern: Day Day Day Day Off Off  (Rotate)

• Thomson-Sing Ming Ave; Midview City (Bright Hill MRT)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end processing of card applications accurately and efficiently

• Ensure all assigned applications are reviewed and completed within the given SLA timeline

• Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry, verification, and documentation

• Highlight and escalate any irregularities or discrepancies to the Team Leader promptly

• Provide clear and accurate explanations to applicants for any rejected submissions

• Adhere strictly to all Standard Operating Procedures, guidelines, and official instructions

• Assist and support other processing teams when necessary

• Perform any other administrative or operational duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Preferably 3 years of experience in administrative, processing, or data verification work

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in documentation

• Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to support team operations

• Good communication skills and able to provide clear, concise explanations when required

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high volumes of processing tasks
