Responsibilities:

• Exhibit site problem-solving skills and coordinate effectively with customers.
• Apply engineering expertise in design and demonstrate strong knowledge of building services codes of practice.
• Ensure quality of materials and installations by suppliers/subcontractors according to ISO quality standards.
• Coordinate, monitor, and control supplier materials/equipment and subcontractor installation quality.
• Produce shop drawings and coordinate drawings across teams.
• Prepare work schedules and attend client and internal meetings.
• Assist the manager with daily activities under master planning schedules, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with the main contractor to prevent rework and reduce wastage of materials/equipment.
• Communicate with suppliers/subcontractors to minimize delivery delays affecting progress.
• Inspect for non-conforming products or installations to prevent defects.
• Explore new technologies and installation methods to improve productivity.
• Monitor site progress and maintain clear communication with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 3–5 years of relevant managerial experience in M&E contracting.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14001, 45001 standards.
• ISO Internal Quality Auditor certification.
• Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course certification.
