About the Role:

You will be responsible for the testing, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of UPS systems (single-phase and three-phase), including related power protection equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform workshop and on-site repair, troubleshooting, and battery replacement for UPS systems.

• Conduct preventive maintenance, testing, and commissioning of UPS units.

• Provide technical support to customers through phone consultation and on-site attendance.

• Assist the Sales Team with pre-sales technical queries.

• Coordinate installation works, deliveries, and service schedules for customer projects.

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of service reports and documentation.

• Maintain proper care of tools, equipment, and adhere to safety procedures.

• Participate in the standby duty roster for emergency support.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in servicing electrical capital equipment (UPS experience is an advantage).

• Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on field experience.
