The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of automation and robotics projects from inception to completion. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams—engineering, product development, operations, and customer service—to ensure technical integration, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring both structured project management expertise and the adaptability needed to thrive in a fast-evolving, agile startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple automation and robotics projects simultaneously within defined timelines and budgets.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, reporting progress, and ensuring satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
· Collaborate with internal engineering, software, and operations teams to ensure technical feasibility and resource alignment.
· Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including scope definitions, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
· Track key milestones, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
· Manage change requests and scope adjustments in alignment with client and company objectives.
· Lead stakeholder briefings, demonstrations, and acceptance reviews, ensuring seamless handovers to operations or customer support teams.
· Continuously improve project management processes, workflows, and communication frameworks to enhance efficiency and delivery success.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, or engineering systems integration sectors.
· Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams in complex technology projects.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
· Competency with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Jira.
· Experience working with clients in manufacturing and/or healthcare environments is highly desirable.
· Comfortable working in a mature start-up environment, balancing structure with agility and hands-on execution.
