About the role

As an International Franchise Executive at Monigiri Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's global reach by identifying and securing new franchise opportunities worldwide. In this full-time position based in the Upper Paya Lebar North-East Region, you will utilise your expertise in new business development to forge strategic partnerships with potential franchisees, ensuring Monigiri's continued growth and success in international markets.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with prospective international franchisees who align with Monigiri's brand, values and growth strategy

2. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to attract and onboard new franchise partners

3. Negotiate franchise agreements and manage the end-to-end franchise onboarding process

4. Provide ongoing support and guidance to international franchise partners, ensuring their successful implementation of Monigiri's operational and brand standards

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align franchise development initiatives with the company's overall business objectives

6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new franchise opportunities and inform strategic decision-making

7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Monigiri's franchise model and support systems

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in international franchise sales or new business development, ideally within the Sales and New Business Development industry

2. Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating and onboarding new franchise partners in diverse global markets

3. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills to effectively interact with potential franchisees

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market opportunities and develop tailored franchise solutions
