Are you an experienced HR specialist? TRACE Design & Build is looking for talent like you to help grow our office and team. TRACE is one of Singapore’s leading design & build firms focusing on landed residential projects. Our ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to take initiative and simplify complex tasks. You will be a cornerstone of our office operations, ensuring smooth coordination across teams, and handling sensitive information with integrity. Digital literacy and familiarity with digitized systems (Payboy) is required. Candidates will be expected to handle a range of HR-related tasks, including pass applications, payroll, talent management, and office administration.
Candidates with experience in the Built Environment (Architecture, Construction) sector is a requirement.
Role & Responsibilities
Human Resource:
Manage EP, SP, Work Permit applications, renewals for office and site team
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and orientation for new staff
Support directors in running annual performance reviews & personnel files
Review and manage employee benefits, entitlements, insurance coverages
Run and organize company events and cadences
Support ongoing HRIMS digitization efforts with PayBoy
Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant regulations
Other Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the smooth running of the office (e.g., equipment, pantry and stationery supplies, cleaning, security) and liaise with suppliers
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, etc.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in accounting, or an equivalent qualification
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Google, Payboy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
Proactive attitude in getting things done and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and openness to feedback is critical
