As a fast-growing company committed to reducing carbon footprints and revolutionizing the automotive industry, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Director to join our team and help accelerate our brand’s growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for establishing and coordinating the sales strategy objective, policies and program.

2. Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

3. Regularly monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as necessary. 

4. Work with internal departments and external vendors/ channel partners in various projects.

5. Oversee production planning and sales forecasting ensure optimal profitability for the company .

6. Ensure business administration/ billing are properly monitored and carried out.

7. Oversees leasing and partnership businesses when opportunities arise.

8. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies in sales. 

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry. 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sale and marketing or any relevant field.

• Deep understanding of electric vehicle technology, market dynamics, and customer needs.

• Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders to achieve results.

• A good team-player, with strong negotiation, networking and client-retention skills. 

• Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable technology is highly desirable. 

• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.

• Good command in Mandarin and English in order to liaise with China HQ colleague.
