Job Details:

Location: Tai Seng
Salary: Up to $3000 Basic + AWS + VB
* Duration: Perm
* Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

Job Scope:

*Process full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for local transactions.

* Handle and accurately post small-value transactions in foreign currencies, specifically Philippine Peso (PHP) and Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

* Utilize SAP for daily financial operations, including invoice processing, payments, and master data maintenance.

* Assist in month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.

* Maintain proper documentation and liaise with vendors/customers to resolve queries.

Requirements:

* Min Diploma with min 1 year related experience

* Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) will be good
