Salary: Up to $4000/month
Location: One-North
Working Days and Hours: Office Hours 
 
Responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings, reserve venues, send calendar invites and relevant materials
• Schedule site visits, checking for stakeholder availabilities
• Actual day logistics: Draw access cards, prepare the space (e.g. switch on the lights)
• Schedule meetings and send calendar invites for company engagements
• Arrange meeting venue if held in person
• Documents disposal (e.g., lab notebooks, old records)
  Conduct a stocktake of the volume of documents requiring disposal or off-site storage (e.g. no. of boxes)
• Set up an account for off-site storage
• Help with data collation and track responses during equipment stocktake or polling exercises.
• Provide advice on ad-hoc know-how, e.g., on space-related queries from different entities.

Requirements:

• Experience in Secretarial duties
