PCBA TECH Quality Engineer - #1125242

Job Description:

• Involve in new PCBA design review with designer during development stage, identify weak card design and follow-up with designer for improvement

• Process readiness for mass production launching

• Coordinate and review equipment set-up parameters for new PCBA samples run to identify problems and improvement

• Trouble shoot PCB quality problems, make countermeasures for preventions and improvements on each sample state

• Design and Fabricate jigs/fixture, prepare SMT stencil for each status of sample

• Perform and follow-up on First Product Inspection on PCBA cards for new product

• Study and improve production quality yield for each status of sample

• Study and setup PCBA process for product implementation for QCD requirement

• Perform Manufacturability Review and failure analysis for current and new product’s PCBA

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronics with at least a 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing industry

• Experience with new product quality handling and control from development stage until mass production

• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines

• Willing to perform overtime
