 About the Role

 We are seeking a proactive and driven Learning & Development Executive to support the growth and operations of the Gain City Learning Academy. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and implementing learning initiatives that develop our employees’ skills and capabilities across various departments.

 This role focuses on managing training programmes, maintaining training records, and ensuring the smooth running of all learning activities under the Learning Academy. You will also partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver impactful learning experiences that support career development and organisational excellence.

 Key Responsibilities

 • Support the end-to-end coordination and administration of training programmes under the Gain City Learning Academy
• Work with business units to identify training needs and align learning initiatives with organisational goals
• Liaise with external training providers, institutions, and government agencies for funding and grant applications
• Manage training schedules, attendance, logistics, and feedback collection
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and reports in compliance with ISO and audit requirements
• Assist in developing and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Learning Academy
• Support onboarding sessions, internal workshops, and learning events to promote a strong learning culture
• Explore and recommend new learning methods, tools, and resources to enhance employee engagement and development

 Qualifications and Requirements

 • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or Training Administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
• Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Familiarity with SkillsFuture frameworks, funding, and grants (e.g. SSG, e2i, WSQ) is an advantage
