PASSENGER SERVICE OFFICER (AIRPORT) - 1 YEAR CONTRACT - #1125152

Location - Changi Airport

Salary - Up to $2631/month

Training will be provided

Working Hours

Mon to Sun (inclusive of PH) – Shifts will be planned by the company

- 0800hrs to 1500hrs

-1000hrs to 1800hrs

-1500hrs to 2200hrs

Job scope:

• Respond to customers enquires 

• Guide travellers with the use of automated lanes

• Provide assistance to traveller in filling up of forms

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• GCE O Level and above

• Prior experience in customer service, airport operations, or hospitality preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable interacting with international travellers from diverse backgrounds

• Able to guide travellers in using automated systems or electronic forms

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with tablets or kiosks.

• Able to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
