Responsibilities
  • Develop advanced packaging technologies and processes for high-density, high-performance electronic devices.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal R&D teams to drive process innovation and joint development.
  • Conduct experiments and process optimization using DOE and analytical tools.
  • Support process troubleshooting, failure analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Participate in new product introduction and technology transfer projects.
Requirements
  • No experience candidate are welcome to apply.
  • Hands-on experience with semiconductor assembly or analytical equipment (e.g. SEM/EDX, C-SAM, AFM) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of DOE tools for process optimization and simulation tools (e.g. ANSYS, ABAQUS) is a plus.
  • Experience in front-end or back-end semiconductor process development will be an added advantage.
