· Note : For this role, primary focus is to bring in someone with strong expertise in System Applications to complement the existing team, whose core strength lies in Controls & Controllers.
· While the new hire should have some exposure to control systems (e.g., PLC, SCADA), this does not need to be their dominant area of experience.

As a Systems Engineer, you will lead innovative projects that integrate cutting-edge technologies, optimize production processes, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Process and Equipment Engineers/Technicians to define automation design concepts, communication protocols, response plans, and redundancy strategies aligned with product specifications.
Develop next-generation automation systems using C++/C# platforms and integrate cross-application functionalities for enhanced performance.
Design, develop, test, and maintain applications leveraging C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
Lead automation projects from concept to manufacturing release, including design development, installation, configuration, and testing.
Manage documentation and standards for automation hardware/software, ensuring version control and deployment integrity. Provide training to Operations teams on implemented systems.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and communicate project status effectively.
Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for system-related issues on production lines.
Drive innovation and optimization in automation to improve cost efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and overall operational performance.
Collaborate with IT teams on system integration, upgrades, and project implementation.
Solve complex engineering challenges with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in manufacturing automation or a similar industry.
Proven track record in automation project ownership and execution.
Proficiency in database management (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and/or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of PLC programming and DCS infrastructure.
Familiarity with MES systems in manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols.
Hands-on experience with SCADA/HMI systems, PID tuning, P&ID, sensor instrumentation, and industrial control programming is an advantage.
Ability to leverage engineering tools and software to automate and optimize manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated capability in managing complex projects and collaborating across functions.
