Job Responsibility:

• To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work including manpower deployment, materials on-site and work schedules

• Liaise with sub-contractors on day-to-day operations and technical issues

• Responsible for all trades of works on-sites, including structural, architectural, building, M&E etc

• Ensure good quality of works and manage defects rectifications.

• Ensure work done compliance with design, specifications, safety requirements and related local statutory regulations.

• Check and supervise direct labor / workers

Job Requirements:

• Higher Nitec in a relevant trade

• 2 years of relevant working experience in the construction sector

• Preferably has Class 3 Singapore Driving License
