Assist coaches in guiding and supervising clients
Assist coaches in preparing the environment and other necessary resources required (including assistive devices and technologies) for assessment and programme activities
Assist coaches in carrying out planned assessment and programme activities (including the use of assistive devices and technologies)
Collaborate with the team to implement and execute services and activities to meet needs of clients.
Assist coaches in providing care to clients such as, but not limited to, toileting, diaper changing and feeding during meal times.
Assist coaches in ensuring client attendance and vital signs are taken in a timely manner
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of environment at all times
Implement infection prevention and control
Engage with clients to support active participation throughout the day
Observing & reporting of clients’ condition
Report issues requiring general repairs and maintenance
Accompanying residents to outings and special functions
Perform any other duties as directed by the Centre Supervisor/Director/CEO
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player with the ability to work and collaborate well across all levels
Resourceful, adaptable to changes and able to think on the feet
Able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Computer Literate
Self-motivated and service orientated
