Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Coordinator to support our Events & Vendor Management team during a high-activity period. The successful candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing major events, ensuring smooth operations and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination
Assist in the development of event timelines, logistics plans, and resource allocation.
Support pre-event preparations including venue arrangements, transport scheduling, and material readiness.
Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison
Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Track deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
Administrative & Logistical Support
Maintain documentation, reports, and event records.
Handle procurement requests, invoicing, and budget tracking.
On-Site Event Support
Provide hands-on assistance during events, including setup, registration, crowd control, and troubleshooting.
Act as a point of contact for vendors and participants.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in event coordination or logistics is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
