Boon Tian is Main Contractor and specialized in A&A projects to commercial and industrial buildings. Currently, we are registered with BCA under workhead CW01 - A2 and CR13 - L1. Our company is also ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 certified.

We are looking for prospective and qualified individual to join our expanding company.

Job Description

• price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project

• Pre and post contract QS services

• Source for quotations from specialists, sub-contractors and suppliers

• Perform cost control to ensure spending is within the budget

• Handle monthly progress claim, variation order and final account.

• Attend to site meeting and clarification meetings

• Attending to all relevant contract admin & documentation for the project.

• Coordinates and site visit to get relevant details required for final measurement.

• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers

• Settle contractual disputes

• Ad-Hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent

• Minimum 1 years’ & above relevant working experience in general building and A&A projects is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills

• Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Meticulous with an eye for details

• Familiar with construction cost and construction works

• Prefer Singaporean/Permanent Residence
