Job Scope

1) Sourcing and procurement: Identify business needs and procure IT hardware, software, and services, focusing on cost-effectiveness and quality.

2)Negotiation: Secure the best prices, payment terms, and contract conditions with vendors.

3)Asset management: Track all IT assets (hardware and software) throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation.

4)Financial analysis: Analyze spend, identify trends, and report on variances to help manage IT budgets and forecasts.

5)Contract management: Maintain detailed records of contract terms and vendor performance, and manage contract renewal meetings.

6)Collaboration: Work with various teams to coordinate procurement activities, clarify requirements, and ensure compliance with policies.

7)Problem-solving: Address unexpected challenges that may disrupt operations.
