Key Responsibilities
Handle office admin, purchasing, utilities, and vendor coordination.
Support HR tasks such as onboarding, CPF submission, and attendance records.
Process import/export and shipping documents; coordinate with forwarders and customers.
Prepare and submit COO applications via TradeNet.
Assist factory operations with procurement and document filing.
Requirements
Diploma or above in Business, Logistics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in admin or operations (manufacturing industry is preferred).
Familiar with TradeNet, COO, or customs documentation is an advantage.
Good command of English and Mandarin (for HQ communication).
Independent, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
